Very comfortable, I can leave it on all day at work. The strap in the back take the pressure from the back of your ears where old style mask hang from; no more headaches. Easy to breath in and exit valves lets air out quick. My only worry is the small join under the ears that connect to the velcro straps is some what thin. I also wish the area around the nose where the plastic adjustment is about 1 cm higher so it can hug my noses.
